Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
